Vaccines

I will state for the record that I am not anti-vax. I believe vaccines have a purpose, I believe they have saved a lot of lives. But I also know that the companies making the vaccines are using dangerous chemicals that are not meant to be put in our bodies. Parents need to make a stand and demand better vaccines, DEMAND safer vaccines.

I'm going to start with ingredients.
Here is a list from the CDC website:

Notice that one of the first ingredients almost always seems to be Aluminum (Hydroxide, sulfate, phosphate, etc...). You will also find things such as Thimerosal (49% Mercury), Formaldehyde, fetal tissue, boric acid, to name a few. Scary, isn't it?

It's strange, though, because when you look at the package inserts at http://www.vaccinesafety.edu/package_inserts.htm you'll notice certain ingredients either not listed, or listed on the pckg insert, but not on the CDC list.

If you look around pro vax info, you will almost always find this type of statement: "With the exception of some flu vaccines, it is no longer used as a preservative in routinely recommended childhood vaccines in the USA."
You will hear it repeated over and over...... But......

But the package insert for an Influenza vaccine says:
AFLURIA®, a sterile suspension for intramuscular injection, is supplied in two
presentations:
• 0.5 mL preservative-free, single-dose, pre-filled syringe. (3)
• 5 mL multi-dose vial containing ten doses. Thimerosal, a mercury derivative, is
added as a preservative; each 0.5 mL dose contains 24.5 micrograms (mcg) of
mercury. (3)
Each 0.5 mL dose contains 15 mcg of influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) from
each of the three strains: A/Solomon Islands/3/2006 (H1N1), A/Wisconsin
/67/2005 (H3N2), and B/Malaysia/2506/2004. (3, 11)

In fact if you look at the table at http://www.vaccinesafety.edu/thi-table.htm You'll see 10 vaccines with Thimerosal in them.

Autism
I want to point you to another blog on this subject, because even I'm not fully versed on this subject, but I'll do my best.

The general idea is that there is a predisposition to Autism and that vaccines can trigger that disposition. The blog that you are going to go to is about a family with an Autistic child and the research they have done. I want you to watch the video in the right upper corner of the blog. It's very informative in how it explains that mitochondrial disorder is what is effected by vaccines. It goes on to show how "experts" can be so wonderful at taking everything regarding Autism/vaccine links and turning it around so that the average parent believes there is no problem with vaccines. After you watch the video and look around the blog you can come back here. (note: video starts out silent, but it does have sound)

Research supports mercury-autism link By Michael Wagnitz Says: "While all the government-conducted epidemiological (statistical) studies show no link between thimerosal and autism, the clinical studies examining brain tissue, blood, urine and human cells show a completely different picture." Michael Wagnitz is a Madison resident with more than 20 years of experience as a chemist working with trace metal analysis.

On the same page is says "It has NEVER been shown that the tripling of mercury in the U.S. vaccine schedule and the rise in autism cases in the U.S. are unrelated."

It goes on to say "There has only been one study ever done analyzing U.S. children and the U.S. vaccine schedule (a schedule far more aggressive than any other country’s). The study was done by the CDC and the results were published in Pediatrics. The conclusion of the study was NEUTRAL. Neutral means that they could neither prove nor disprove the theory that the mercury in vaccines was causing a rise in the cases of autism. Soon after the release of the study, the press began reporting that the study "disproved" the mercury-autism theory."
Jenny McCarthy is a wonderful spokeswoman regarding Autism and has been contributing to much of the eye-opening news about the link between Autism and vaccines. Even Jim Carrey (her BF) is on board!

This article states that "In 1976, children received 10 vaccines before attending school. Today they will receive over 36 injections."
That means in about 4-5 years a child is getting roughly 36 doses of Thimerosal, Aluminum, fetal tissue and what not.
"When I was in medical school, there was no proof that cigarette smoking cause lung cancer. The connection was as obvious as the layman’s observation that smashing your finger with a hammer would cause pain and even the town drunk knew it was true, but to the medical elite –there was no proof.
No one had ever produced lung cancer in animals by exposing them to cigarette smoke. In fact, my pathology professor, Dr. Jack Strong, had trained monkeys to chain smoke, and after years of smoking none developed lung cancer. Yet, he was convinced that smoking caused lung cancer.

Over a ten-year period that would be over one million dead and over 30 years almost 4 million people who died from a preventable cause of death that at the time was still being hotly debated by the medical purist. Lung cancer death rates were actually higher during that time period."
Now we have proof, anecdotal, research based, scientifically based proof that vaccines are having a negative effect on our children. When are people going to start listening?

"In 1983, before the autism epidemic began, children received 10 vaccinations before attending school and the autism incidence was 1 in 10,000. Today they are receiving 24 vaccines before 1 year and 36 by the time they attend school and the autism rate is now 1 in 150 births."

Exemptions
In many states you DO NOT have vaccinate your children. There are many states that offer Medical, Religious, and Personal Exemptions. Some states only allow medical exemptions and require proof of medical reasons (doctors note), but if you do just a little research into your state requirements you can find out if you are able to get an exemption form. The exemption form is only required for things such as daycare or school, or anywhere where you would normally provide vaccination papers.

Misc
One thing that hasn't been studied very well, if at all, is the entire effect of vaccines on children from pregnancy through childhood. Do vaccines and injections (like flu) during pregnancy increase chances of Autism and other Neurological disorders? Does the Heb B shot at birth increase those chances? Do those things along with 36 more vaccines increase the Neurological Disorders? We need MORE research, we need vaccine manufacturers to open there eyes and worry more about our children than the money going in to their pockets.

Do the manufacturers care more about our children than profits?

I hope parents will think about the chemicals that are going into our children's bodies. I hope some of this info will open some eyes and raise awareness. The point isn't to stop people from vaxing, the point is to MAKE the manufacturers MAKE THEM SAFE!!

Most of the reason we don't hear about the reactions that vaccines cause is that people and doctors don't always report it.
